Leadership & Wellbeing is designed to inspire, teach, and engage individuals in the process of understanding personal and leadership wellbeing concepts. Each person will learn the five essential elements of wellbeing (physical wellbeing, social wellbeing, community wellbeing, career wellbeing, and financial wellbeing), and be able to apply these concepts to their leadership and personal lives.

Understanding the concepts of leadership and wellbeing is a key component and and can be adapted to any situation.

Mentorship has always had a huge place in Darryl's heart…

 

He serves as a mentor to many people in many ways. He also takes great pride in facilitating conversations and learning opportunities on the importance and impact of mentorship.

 

As mentors you will engage in a host of difference situations with your mentees – visible, hidden, social, personal, subtle and profound. One of the most important things is to have a variety of tools that will help you navigate through any condition.

 

Darryl will help you consider best practices, discuss challenges, share experiences, and strengthen collaborative connections that will help you be a champion of a mentor.
